Sydney Criminal Lawyers® were successful in their appeal against a decision made by Batemans Bay Local Court to sentence a 24-year-old Canberra man to imprisonment for mid range drink driving and police pursuit. The man had previously been represented in court by other lawyers. Sydney Criminal Lawyers® were approached by the man’s family, and within a week they listed and conducted the appeal in Wollongong District Court. The man was released from custody, and given suspended sentences.
