No conviction and no disqualification for negligent driving occasioning GBH

Sydney Criminal Lawyers® was successful in obtaining a section 10 in the Downing Centre court for a 30-year-old truck driver charged with negligent driving. The client had 31 previous speeding offences, and had also lost his licence in 2006 for 12 months. His negligent driving caused injuries, including a number of broken bones requiring permanent insertion of metal plates and brain damage to several cyclists.

A section 10 means no conviction or loss of licence, so our client was able to keep his job and his licence.
